Made Hotel - New York

The hotel of choice in New York City. Wonderful and stylish accommodation with efficient staff on the reception desk. Nice building and rooms for 2 single beds. Favourable comfy location, in midtown. Based near to the Flatiron Building, New York, and most attractions and restaurants.

All the staff were fantastic, awesome.

Brilliant hotel with amicable staff, has favourable location to subway. It has decent and fab location to see a long-standing department store.

It was as expected, had a warm stay for a sleepless night. The superior king room was light with exceptionally comfortable beds. Had marvellous location close to the main attractions of NYC.

Views appeared to be really bad.

It was in a central location, between two MTA stations. It was close to Ferris, where you can have dinner.

Perfect birthday getaway

The room was gorgeous with a private terrace, and everything was super clean. Loved the late checkout at 10 PM! Staff was sooo nice, especially Damian and Lucas-they really cared about us! The only hassle was the area wasn't super lively, but the subway's right nearby. Big thanks for the sweet birthday surprise!

Family with children should stay here

The service from the staff was great, treating us like family. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere, I felt safe and at peace there, and the rooftop bar was perfect for winding down after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

We loved hitting places like the iconic West Village and the vibrant Lower East Side. The location was perfect. The room was trendy and comfortable, and the rooftop bar was a great spot for views. Just a heads up, the bar may not always be accessible due to events.

The rooftop access was sometimes unclear, and we encountered a couple of closed events . That was a bit disappointing.

The cozy atmosphere was perfect for us, but be mindful of the pricey snacks and drinks. Pro tip, bring your own refreshments to avoid surprises! We loved the close proximity to local attractions too.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooftop bar offered amazing views. The lobby café had delicious coffee and pastries. The beds were comfortable. I loved the vibrant atmosphere throughout the space 😊

The bed was comfortable, which contributed greatly to my rest after a busy day. The location is prime, with subway access just steps away, and the staff was accommodating in providing local recommendations. I appreciated the rooftop bar's ambiance and the cozy coffee shop in the lobby, both of which enhanced my stay.

The noise levels from adjacent rooms and the hallway were quite disruptive.

I booked the Junior Suite for my daughter's birthday, and from check-in. The room was beautifully designed with a private terrace that we loved. The place was super clean, and the late checkout at 10 PM gave us extra time to unwind before heading home. Special shoutout to the staff for leaving a birthday note along with a giant cookie, a sweet touch. The hotel's location is great-close to the subway-so we could easily explore Manhattan. Still, while the central spot was convenient, the immediate area felt a bit quiet and not particularly exciting. Some noise from the adjacent rooms was noticeable, which could be disruptive. It was a fantastic stay, and we look forward to returning!
